Cashier (Hourly + Tips)
Overview:
We are looking for an upbeat and friendly Front of House Team Member to greet our customers and assist them with orders. As a Front of House member, you will be responsible for monitoring a zone in a fast paced environment, as well as provide excellent service to all patrons. You should enjoy helping and interacting with people, as you will work alongside other front of house staff to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The goal is to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service. In this job, you will be expected to clean table and take orders while maintaining an organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive, engaging and friendly experience for all customers.
Assist manager in the team’s performance.
Communicate and assist customers with menu options and specials.
Handle the dining room floor by greeting guests and assisting with orders.
Oversee the bar area by preparing orders, serving food and drinks, and performing any cleaning duties as needed.
Ensure all customers are satisfied at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety and cleaning regulations.
Maintain all equipment in tip-top condition, including glasses, cutlery and crockery.
Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained at all times.
Complete tasks with a high level of accuracy, quality and punctuality.
Line Cook/Prep Cook (Hourly + Tips)
Overview:
We are currently looking for a Prep Cook to help us prepare food according to recipes and cook raw ingredients into meals. You will rely on your knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques to produce a variety of dishes and ensure quality. Your main area of responsibility will be to prepare basic food items, like meat, vegetables or sauces, and then combine them with other ingredients. We expect you to be good at preparing different types of meals within the budget that you are given. Strong communication is important since you will be working with a team on a daily basis. You must also be able to work well independently as your duties may not require direct supervision.
